33 Year Old Person With Overweight, Heavy Bleeding During Periods With Clots, Lower Abdominal Pain, Tubes Tied. Suggestions?
Hello, I'm a 33 year old African American women, I'm over weight for my age 215. I have been having some very heavy bleeding during ministrations with blood clots. I have been having some lower abdominal pain after going off my period. About three years ago I had cryo surgery. My tubes are tied so I don't know what to really look for. The pain is so bad that pain reliever does not work. Help please

Hi, it appears to be the anemia, infection, adhesions of the surgery, or malformations of the uterus, like fibroids, etc.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe, iron preparations , fluconazole, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and dicyclomine and mefenemic acid combination when ever pain is there. Thank you.
