33 Weeks Pregnant. Scan Done. Suggestions?

Pregnant and at 33 weeks level II found mega cisterna magna at 14mm. Head is measuring 2-3 weeks ahead, abdomen right on and femur 5-6 days behind. Baby weighs about 5lbs. EIF was found at 20 weeks...small in left vent and only 1. They say everything is fine but I have high anxiety. I am 30 years old and quad screens came back at 1:657. Your thoughts?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I would recommend you to go to a fetal medicine unit and get a reassessment of your baby. The head, abdomen and femur lengths and measure few weeks ahead or behind. The cisterna magna might be an isolated finding and may not have much significance if other structures show normal development. There is no reason for you to have anxiety.

Another ultrasound scan can be repeated at 36 weeks.

Hope this helps
