Hi thanks for your question

Your 30 week pregnant and complain of abdominal fullness and bloating.
In pregnancy the movement of the bowel are decreased due to decreaed peristalsis

It is due to hormonal changes of pregnancy
Stomach emptying time is decreased and food remains in stomach for prolonged time .

This stasis of food in stomach causes fullness .

Stasis of food in intestine gives rise to bloating.

Anaenia can contributes to indigestion.

Your advised to take frequent small meal,
you can also discuss your problems with your gynaecologist.
