Hello Thank you for your query You have not mentioned the symptoms for which you got an ultrasound abdomen. If you can revert back with symptoms, it will be easy to comment on the disease. Multiple subcentric lymph nodes in the abdomen are a normal finding mostly. If larger in size they may indicate an infection, either bacterial or tuberculosis. Probably thats why your doctor has stared all the antibiotics. However i believe he does not require all these drugs. All he requires is thorough examination and repeat evaluation.
