3 Year Old With Asthma. Taking Bentolin. Advice?

My son had asthma 3 days ago was wheezing was given bentolin and predict forte aver night at hospital
Today n yesterday he sees to be doing well but today we took him out was briefly in the sun and later ha hot showe then he started coming clear transparent yellow fluid for the last 4 hrs and is asking always for water is this an emergency

i know about your concerns but kindly mention from where the yellow fluid is coming
asthma is a chronic inflamatory disease and you should give him these medication regularly and conssult pulmonologist for its long term treatment , increase in thirst is normal with these medications , i hope i answered your quiry
