Hello
Fever, headache, tummy upset can result from many conditions
1 Can be viral infections though they do not go on for more than a week usually
2-may be typhoid - needs blood work up.
3 can be tuberculosis
4 Urinary infection
He needs some blood tests, urine examination, xray chest( which will rule out pneumonia.) and needs reevaluation by the pediatrician. All the best
