3 months pregnant is suffering from severe vomiting & constantly having headaches and going dizzy

I m 3 months pregnant, I am vomiting really bad i vomit even when i dont eat everything i drink comes back up, i cant urinate properly either. I have contacted my midwife, the hospital and my GP, but they refuse to see me I am constantly having headaches and going dizzy and lightheaded I just need an answer what should i do now ?

Hi, vomiting during pregnacy is common especially in first trimester.

If it is interfering so much you can get symptomatic relief with antiemetics,for which you will have to see your gynaecologist.For dizziness and lighteadedness check blood pressure.Keep yourself hydrated.

welcome to hcm
excessive vomitting during vomiting could be due to very high hcg levels..its better if u can rule out hydatiform mole by getting a usg abdomen..or also could be upper GI problem totally unrelated to pregnancy for which endoscopy is adviced..better consult your doc for thr right guidance before its late..take care
