Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

It is quite possible that your symptoms could be anxiety-related, especially, since your symptoms get triggerred during times of stress. It is important to understand that anxiety can present with not only psychological symptoms but also with physical or somatic symptoms. Tingling of the hands, breathing difficulty, sleeping problems, etc. are symptoms which are commonly seen in anxiety disorders.

I would advise you to have a detailed evaluation including a physical examination, and if necessary, few investigations, to rule out any medical problems. If your symptoms are predominantly anxiety-related, then there are effective treatment options - in the form of medication or counselling / psychotherapy which will help you overcome your problems.

Wish you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar
