28 Year Old Having Persisting Numbness In The Calf After Exercise. Should I Be Worried?.

I m a 28 year old female, I have a slightly numb (sometimes a hot feeling in skin but when I touch it it s not hot) patch of skin in my left calf 3 inches below the knee in the outer-side, It happened after working out (I was in-active for a long period) it s been a week now & it didn t go away, no other symptoms, thanks.

From the complaints you had described it could be a minor stretch on the local nerves below the knee joint. But I advice you to get x ray of your leg after consulting your doctor to rule out any bony involvement.
