27 Year Old Hypertensive. On Prolomet XL50 And Telma 40

27 year old hypertensive. On Prolomet XL50 and Telma 40 since last 4 years. Recently I visited a cardiologist for increased heart rate (mostly due to anxiety), he asked for ECG and 2D Echo. The tests were completely normal. He asked me to walk 20 minutes a day and also changed the medicine to Metosartan just once in the morning. In the evening my bp sometimes rises to 145/95 (or around) and while walking in the morning, my heartrate goes too high (~150). I had a sedentary lifestyle. Is it normal? It's just been 4 days taking the medicine.
