Hi Saga Joseph,

Before I answer your query, can you tell me how long you have been having this diabetes? whether it is type 1 or type 2 diabetes? Are you on insulin since diagnosis or your sugars are treated with tablets? Since when you are having high BP?
If you do not know your type of diabetes and if you are losing weight then it is likely that you need insulin treatment for sure. It might be temporary or may be permanent depending on the type of diabetes. Your sugars will be controlled and you will gain weight and energy. One day your fasting is more than 200 and the other day it is less than 200, this is likely in patients who are insulin dependent and might not be due to the exercise you have mentioned. If you are from Bangalore, why don't you come once to my clinic? I shall see the records and your clinical examination will help me guide you further.
But as of now insulin therapy, because sugars are high and weight loss is happening is must. Continue your food control and exercise if you feel energitic. But in case you keep losing weight and need loads of water to drink then do not exercise as on the contrary it will make your sugars to go higher and prone for ketones- which can be worse for your health.
If you are having diabetes since really a long time then likely that your kidney complication has set in and that is how you have got the high BP. I hope you are on appropriate anti-BP medications. If not, then please make sure you get your serum creatinine, serum sodium, serum potassium and urine microalbumin tests done and show to your doctor who will decide on appropriate therapy for your high BP.
I hope you got the answer. Get back to me for any further query. Take care.
