There could be few causes for
hair fall like
Androgenetic
alopecia where initially the hair parting widens and later on hair loss is mainly from central portion scalp.
Telogen effluvium diffuse hair fall where hair density reduces. Mainly due to any chronic illness,
stress, surgery, nutritional disorder
Local causes include severe
dandruff, any chemical application like hair color, dyes, straightening, revonding of hair etc.
Firstly in your case the cause needs to be ruled out, so that proper treatment can be started.
After vigorous gym exercise, the sweat produced would cause hair to look sticky and limp. So you need to wash hair regularly. If there is too much sweat or oil in hair, it would attract dust and grime and may lead to hair fall too. Incorporate proteins like eggs, cheese, soy in your diet. Also increase intake of fruits, nuts and milk.
