24 Yrs Old Weighing 78 Kgs, Want To Lose 10-15 Kgs. How To Lose Weight In Minimum Time ?

Hello doc ,,, i am 24 yrs old (Female) my weight is 78 kg , i want to loose 10-15 kgs weight ,, because m gonna get married in the end of this year . how can i loose my weight in minimum tym.. one thing i will like to tell you dat there was a sist in the left hand side of my ovri and i got opertion 2-3 yrs ago ... so please help me 2 loose my weight

Weight is like bank account.
The account grows when you withdraw less (Cut down unnecessary physical work) and you deposit more (eat more).
See a good dietician - you have to reduce the quantity of your food and change the quality too. You need regular exercise. For weight reduction, there is no officially approved medicine without side effects.

You have to aim for slow and steady reduction – Up to 2 KG in a week, is generally safe.

hello , welcome to HCM,
as per the details u have given,
being a professional doctor, we dont advise any body to lose weight in a short duration ..becoz it will affect the body organs a lot and at same time recurrence of weight gain is possible..
so i advise you to consult a dietician and physical therapist to give advise on food and the types of excercise to reduce your over weight..
mean while i also advise you to consult a gynaecologist to get an pelvic sonogram to confirm any PCOD problem as becoz u are geeting married..
