22 Years. Palpitations, Dyspnea While Working Out. All Tests Normal. Detected Possible Neurovegetative Dystonia. Advice

Hi doctor.Please i have negative ECG,Echocardiography and speed test on bycicle,HOLTER ECG.I have palpitations in morning and when i have workout ive got dyspnoea.All doctors tells me thats problems with my psychic especially neurovegetative dystonia.Im too scaried because many young peoples died on footbal stadions.Im 22 years old.And i have no problems with my life.Can i have Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy..ive got all tests in cardiology.Many thanks for youre answer doctor thanks

Hi,
Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy does cause palpitations, and dyspnea after exertion. In some cases it runs a familial pattern. Never the less Echocardiography is the modality of choice for diagnosis, giving characteristic echocardiographic findings. In your stay at hospital you must have done Echo, if it is normal then no need to worry about. If still not done , you must do an echocardiography.
