Hi there, Thanks for your query. You have not mentioned the nature of heart disease. You are apparently suffering from either, an acute amebic/giardia infection along with alteration of gut bacterial flora (bad bacteria are more than good bacteria in the gut). A 5-7 days course of Metronidazole; plus, 4 weeks course of Probiotics, such as, Lactobacilli; and a short course of an anti-acid drug will cure the problem. Other possibility is irritable bowel syndrome (particularly if you have constant mental stress/anxiety/depression). Treatment of these conditions (if any) will relieve your problems significantly. Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.
