20 year old having back and muscle pain. Growing pains? Family history of Lupus. Should I be concerned?

I am a 20 year old male. Ever since I can remember, I have struggled with back and muscle pain. The doctors always wrote it off as growing pains, but it has a huge impact on my daily life. Sometimes, it s a task just to get out of bed in the mornings. My mother is a lupus patient and I worry that I may be showing signs in the same area.
