HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, you are consuming too much alcohol and now looking to your clinical history the chances of liver pathology is very likely, your pain that you have described here could be refer pain of liver, you have to stop the alcohol consumption, for to rule out this possibility I would advise you to go for ultrasonography test, hope this information helps you take care and have nice day.

DEAR USER, You are most probably suffering Hepatic problem, i.e. liver disturbances due to your alcohol consumption. give details about your occupation, any previous medical history any reports done till and specially about your appetite, bowel movements, sleep. Any things related to your symptoms e.g. increasing factors, relieving factors, any other symptoms connected or so. Then you will be guided to medical management. also possibly need to consider Investigations like Liver Function Tests, CBC, and ECG, for excluding major differential diagnoses.
