2 Years Old Suffering From Bumps All Over Face And Its Spreading. Is This Eczema ?

two year old girl body full with bumps under the skin hi there i have a two year old little girl that has come up with lots of little bumps all over her body but mostly on her face i took her to see my gp yesterday and she has told me that she thinks it eczema but i just wanted a second opinion as its spreading really fast

Dear thanks for choosing health care magic.Elevated bumps can be due to some viral infection and its spreads very fast.If she is having fever and throat pain etc.with this ,then this favors viral etiology in most of cases.Do keep in mind something like chicken pox etc.Give her more of fluids ,light diet and advise her to take rest.she should be fine.
