2 Year Old Kid Having Heat Bumps/Rash/ Pimples,how To Get Rid Of These Problems ?

My 2 year old daughter keeps having heat bumps/pimples around her legs, stomach, butt, and vaginal area. What can I do because she isnt pottied trained as of yet ?

Stop using nappies, train her to go for potty. She is big enough now to learn that. Apply Caladryl lotion on these bumps for soothing effect. Change her nappy often.
