2 year old child, sore tongue, excessive saliva, foul mood, slurred speech, spots on tongue. Treatment?

hi there - just came across this site so not sure how this works. my 2 year old is off her food and seems to be clawing at a very sore tongue . She s drooling like crazy and crying a lot and is generally in an uncharacteristically bad mood. it sounds like her speech is a little impeded too - like her tongue may be swollen. there are what look to be spots on her tongue.

it seem your child have oral ulcers on tongue.
these are painfull and sore.check with ypur baby
for stomqch upset like gastiritis because ulcers usualy
occur due to high acid content.
i would advice you to apply anaethstic gel like hexagel
twice daily fir 5days for releif.
these ulcers will heal ifself in 5-6days does not require
any spl medication.
do maintain oral hygiene, give short meals,if reguire
consult a gastrologist.
