19 Month Old Child, Vomiting In Sleep, No Vomit During The Day, Not Allergic To Milk, No Reflux Problem. Causes?

Hi I have a 19 month old daughter and she has been vomiting in her sleep since January. It only seems to happen at night when she is sleeping. Usually she gets dinner around 6pm and is perfectly fine before she goes to sleep. This vomiting does not happen every night, maybe once or twice a week. She does not have reflux and is not intolerant to dairy, which is what the hospital thought. No one seems to know what is happening can someone please help me?

Hi welcome to HCMForum. It appears that the child has indigestion to certain foods. try to observe the foods she ate the before night. like this follow for 4or 5 times . then you will come to know to what foods the child is allergic or intolarant. Rather than the
diagnosis it is important to decide what to do to prevent it upto that time. you are expected to give the child anti emetic daily in the night with the advise of a pediatrition. if the baby is breast fed mother should follow some diet ristrictions as observe the
foods you ate before night of vomiting.
