18 Year Old Suffering From Asthma And Allergies. What Would Be Triggering It?

Hi there. I am an 18 year female who has asthma . The thing is, I can t point my finger on what causes my asthma attacks. I get them in weather changes, when I am being physically active, and sometimes just randomly in the middle of the night. I also have severe allergies. I don t smoke . But I was wondering what you think might be triggering them.. ( I get about 4 a week, and almost every morning around 2)
