After about 7 hours 10 minutes in the morning and have measured the systolic blood pressure were 90 and 63 diastolic, and pulse 71 As for me and sometimes hurt the heart, but most of the pain was less severe and short-term. As for me and sometimes hurt the heart, but most of the pain was less severe and short-term, which in my opinion, take 1-3 minutes. from the history,it seems to be non cardaic chest pain.
you can take mild analgesic like acetaminophen.
but even if you are in doubt, better to undergo for EKG.
That will clarify the cause

it looks like non cardiac chest pain.but as an emergency physician i should my option is MI unless proved otherwise. So,u should go to near by emergency and should take an ECG.if any tenderness, cough is there then u should go for an X ray.if both are normal its due to musculoskeletal pain u can take mild analgesic like paracetamol.
