16 Year Old With Delayed Periods. Brownish Spotting. Negative Pregnancy Test Report. What Is The Problem?

Hi , I'm 16 years old and recently had unprotected sex only twice , my period was suppose to come on April 14 , today is now April 18 and it still havent but today I notice this brownish stain in my drawls , I've taken more then 2 home pregnancy test but they all was negative , I'm scared cause its all pregnancy symptoms , what may the problem be ?

Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

While it is extremely unlikely that you would have conceived in mid to late March and not have a positive test by now. The negative test strongly suggests that you are not pregnant. This, though, should be re-checked in 1-2 weeks. The cycle irregularity might be related to irregularity in terms of when you ovulate. Birth control pills will regular your cycle and decrease the chance that you will end up with an unplanned pregnancy.
