16 Year Old With Blood In Stool. Pain In The Anus. Colon Cancer?

Hello, today I took a poop and the whole toilet bowl was a light red! I did some research and it says colon cancer!! I hope not I'm only sixteen I'm scared to tell my mom. It's not the first time this happened its just the worst out of all the other times. Also my butthole hurts after going to the restroom. Please help!

It may be because of some type of diet that may cause reddish Stool, Consult surgeon that may examine for piles or fissure and needs some tests like stool examination and colonoscopy to rule out any other disease.

I thought I could answer this because I've seen some matching cases. Do you have a family history of colon cancer? If not, then very very unlikely. Your symptoms aren't specific to colon cancer. In fact, the pain near the rectum and anus most likely indicates an anal fissure. These can cause blood to appear on the stools and also give a burning pain sensation.
