15 Year Old With Headache, Swollen Throat, Body Aches, Tired. What Do I Have?

I am an 15 year old female. Monday I had a head ache and was extremely tired so after school I slept all through the evening and night. Tuesday I stayed home in bed, my throat felt swollen, body aches, low fever but felt cold , bad headaches , ear ache mostly right ear and extremely tired. Do you have any idea what I may have?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Thanks for your query.
It seems you are having a viral fever (fever, bodyache, tiredness)
Is there any painful swallowing ?
Is the area below right ear & above rt jaw hurts on pressing & a bit swollen.
Mumps (viral infection of parotid glands & other salivary glands) is quite possible.
Please see your GP for clarity.
In the mean time take panadol or brufen for bodyache & drink plenty of liquids.
