hi there, asymptomatic UTI in pregnacy is quite common and that can account for the blood clot which may be caused due to cystitis. You will need to get your urine examined again for infection and get treated for the same if positive. Do not stress but manage it with the help of your obstetritian and hopefully you will have an uneventful pregnacy and delivary. Take care.
