14 Year Old With Chills, Fever, Shaky Legs, Dizziness. Could It Be A Flu?

I m 14 and I think I might have the Flu but I m not sure I ve been sick for three days and I had a Fever and chills for 2 days but it went away for the most part my legs are shaky and I m very tired and get dizzy when I walk but when I Cough I have a slight pain in my spleen but I don t think it s mono because my dad has the same thing

iam dr n....fever ,chills,dizziness can happen in so many infections (viral,bacterial,malarial etc)so they are very vague symptoms...but the weakness,shakiness could be the infection or its sequelae due to dehydration or low nutrition state...
even though it can be flu but see a doctor ,,get tested and follow the drs orders and get well soon
