headache and fever can be due to many factors such as a viral fever or it can be due to sinusitis..
take paracetamol to get releif from the headache and fever
you can also take belladona 200 single dose its a homeopathic pain killer and anti-pyretic ..
take rest n sleep..
take sips of water frequently n hv a light diet..
if still fever pesisit then consult a doctor
