Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The general causes of headache during pregnancy are :
-More gap between meals leading to hypoglycemia.
-Increased stress and strain.
-Lack of physical activity.
-Inadequate intake of water and fluids.
-Medical problems like increased blood pressure etc.
So, by changing lifestyle the headache can be relieved to some extent.
-Take plenty of water, fruits and vegetables.
-Eat smaller amount of food at more frequent intervals.
-Practice deep breathing, yoga postures those are safe in pregnancy, walking etc.
- Massaging over neck, shoulders, temporal regions etc can give some relief.
If head ache still persists consult gynecologist once.
Take care.
