General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HCM.
Sometime felling of fever is due to weakness after illness.
You measure the fever with thermometer.
Start multivitamin medicines, good healthy diet, fruit juices....
If fever is there in thermometer than consult your treating physician for further guidance.

Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Fatima Clinic's  Response
Welcome to healthcareMagic.
Thank you for your query.
Chances of false positive and false negative results are possible.
Your entire symptoms should be co-related with Typhoid and other infections.
Boost your immunity with good diet and multivitamins etc.
Consult a physician to find out whether you really need medicines or you need more investigations for your problem.
Thank you.
