10 years old girl has a burning pain in the lower abdomen

My daughter has a burning pain in the lower abdoman My daughter is ten and has a burning sensation in the lower abdoman and when she has a wee it s a sharp stabbing pain, there is no infection so what could it be??

Your daughter may be suffering from urinary tract infection. For that you have to do urine examination. Also do kub x ray sometimes kidney stone present similar symptoms. And consult some good urologist.

She could be having urinary tract infection which could also cause burning sensation on passing urine. She needs to drink plenty of water. Consult a Paediatrician and get her examined and urine tested for which she may need antibiotics.
