Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Good to hear that your son is feeling better after the bout of upper respiratory tract infection. The bad smell or halitosis is usually due to bad oral hygiene .So i would suggest that keep his nose clean by adding saline drops and also gently clean his tongue with tooth brush or tongue cleaner.Sometimes giving probiotic also remove the halitosis.
Bye

Pediatrician Dr. E Venkata Ramana's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
Your child seems to have a viral illness with upper respiratory tract infection.
But fever of 2 weks duration requires evaluation.
Monitor temperature with a thermometer and make a chart.
Continue prescribed medication for cold and cough.
If there is fever you can give Tylenol in prescribed dosage.
Consult your Pediatrician to look for the focus of any infection and to give specific treatment.
Hope I have answered your query.
