Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through your query,

As per the details you have provided, your test values falls within the normal limits.

In semen analysis, the level of pus cells falls in the normal range.

In urine report, transparency can appear as turbid, as you have take the urine sample after semen ejaculation. It is normal to find trace amounts of albumin and very few pus cells in urine also.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further for any related queries,

Regards

Hello again,
Thanks for writing back,

I have gone through your details,
The symptoms you are experiencing now seems to be the common side effects of taking the AK 4 treatment. I would like to know how long have you been on this treatment. I would suggest its best you to discuss this with your treating physician and he may advise an alternative drug or may even decrease the dosage of the necessary drug.

Meanwhile, you can start taking VSL#3 daily for 7 days. This is a pre-biotic and should help you with your abdominal symptoms.
Also kindly upload your test results so that I can have a look.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further,

Hello again,
Thanks for writing back,

I have gone through the attachment and could see that you have done a stool examination. But in your case since you are having loose stools lasting more than 20 days, it is better to get a stool culture done to look for any specific organism that is causing your particular symptoms. Then we can proceed with the correct antibiotic to treat the causative organism.

The presence of 3 pus cells, I believe was found in the urine examination done. That shows the presence of an urine infection for which you should take proper antibiotic. The pain which you are having over the kidney region can correlate to that.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further,

Hello again,
Thanks for writing back,

Sorry for the inadvertent delay in replying,

I have gone through your query and as far as your urine analysis report is concerned, your pus cells are within normal range. Also in your semen analysis report, pus cells otherwise known as white blood cells present in very small numbers are normal. But if it increases, you may have to consult with an infertility specialist.

I hope this helps,
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Normal incidental finding,

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

Thanks for writing back,

Like I mentioned earlier, yes the level of pus cells in your semen report is normal and can just be an incidental finding. Nothing to worry about it. If the count goes above 5/hpf or if you have any symptoms suggestive of an infection in your genitals, then you can get a proper examination done from an urologist.

Otherwise, this is just a normal finding.

I hope this clarifies your doubt,
Regards.
