Based on the facts that you have posted increased frequency for urination that you have is mostly due to Enlarged Prostate associated with Diabetes and needs to be investigated .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Blood tests for Sugar and Glycocelated Hemoglobin (HbA1c)

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

In the mean time start taking antibiotic lie Ciproffloxacin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with Tomsulosin once daily .

Your problem of Erectile Dysfunction is due to following multiple factors
1) Diabetic Vasculitis,Neuritis and atherosclerosis resulting into reduced blood flow to erectile tissue
2) Thyroid problem
3) Hypertensive Neuropathy
4) Age related reduction in secretions of indigenous Testosterone

Taking exogenous Testosterone reduces production of Testosterone by Testicles which get atrophied as the age advances and do not secrete Testosterone which is involved in process of sexual desire .(libido)

Taking supplements would not help to increase blood flow to erectile tissue
