Brief Answer:
Looks like Teeth Hypersensitivity..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for writing to us..

Well, sensitivity of teeth that is generalized in nature is due to Teeth Hypersensitivity or Dentinal Hypersensitivity..

In this condition you can change your toothpaste to a medicated anti sensitivity toothpaste that you can massage over the teeth and leave for half a minute and then brush with it.

Do it twice a day..

You can also avoid very hot or cold foods..

As far as your gum is concerned it is looking lacerated in the picture and not ulcer..

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Yes, it will heal on its own.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

The laceration will heal on its own.
If it pains then u can apply lidocaine gel over it.

Do warm salt water gargles.
Just avoid hard and spicy food for the time being.
Sucking on ice pops will be helpful...

Thanks.
