Brief Answer:
Needs high vaginal swab culture and sensitivity test

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Following is my reply:

1) Yellow vaginal discharge indicates mixed infection of bacteria and fungus.

2) This discharge needs to be collected by high vaginal swab technique and sent for culture and sensitivity test.

3) This report will indicate the antibiotic to which the discharge is sensitive to so that the particular antibiotics can be used for treating the infection.

4) Fusidic acid alone may not be sufficient to treat such infection.
