Looks like yeast infection, apply topical antifungal cream

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be yeast infection which is a superficial fungal infection of the skin.
I would recommend you to apply topical antifungal cream like miconazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 10 days.
This should resolve your problem.
