Brief Answer:
Please describe your symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

Please describe your symptoms in detail so that I am better able to help.
Numbness could be from many causes including pinching of a nerve in its route maybe at spine, shoulder, elbow or wrist. So an orthopedic consultation is needed to confirm the diagnosis. Then specific treatment can be done.
Meanwhile you can take Tab Mecofol-OD once a day. This vitamin maybe taken for prolonged periods without any side effects and is helpful in maintaining health of nerves.
