Brief Answer:
Massage from nose towards the angle of the eyes.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This is common because of the smaller nasolacrimal duct in infants. Narrow ducts get easily obstructed with debris.

What I suggest is to massage with the tips of the fingers from the nose upwards to the angle of the eyes, this will helps to clear the obstruction.

Do it five to six times a day or whenever you feed her. If this does not help please see the child specialist.

Hope I have answered your query.
