My Kid (girl 3 Years 8 Months) Had Fallen Sick

Question: my kid (girl 3 years 8 months) had fallen sick since yesterday morning. She is having fever and complaining stomach ache. we are giving her crocin syrup since yesterday morning and the fever come back after 4 to 6 hours. she is complaining about stomach ache after having food. We gave emeset once yesterday evening and didn't use any medicine for stomachache. I caught her licking some left over food fallen on fridge racks (some oily masala gravy items) and also ate some marshmallow which were left in open overnight after a birthday party. We are always cautious but the somehow slipped out attention this time. can you recommend some medication for stomachache and fever for this kid?

She had her flu vaccination on May 15th and is now afraid to visit clinics, so wanted to use some medicine before forcing her to visit the clinic.

Hi ,
Thank you for reaching out at Ask A Doctor
I have read your query and understood your concern .Since there is a fever and stomach ache ,it is suggestive more of stomach infection causing the symptoms .you can continue crocin syrup incase of fever .I would recommend P Biotics Kid XXXXXXX one XXXXXXX (mix with a little water) per day for 3 days and cyclopam suspension 4ml thrice a day for 2 days for the pain . Incase fever persists kindly get a pediatric opinion for further evaluation. You can stop emeset as no vomiting is present.
