Brief Answer:
You can give clarithromycin

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Clarithromycin comes under Macrolide group. Penicillin and cefdinir are of different group.
She should avoid the medicines which come under the group to which she is allergic.
Clarithromycin also works well in children with respiratory and ear infection.
Usually the side effects are uncommon and mild. There can be Nausea, loose motion, abdominal upset. Serious side effects are not common.
So you can give clarithromycin to your daughter as prescribed by the doctor.

I hope this helps.
