Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that an abnormally elevated CK-MB level is considered a sensitive and almost specific marker of cardiac muscle injury.

But in case when its levels are low or within normal ranges there is nothing to worry about. No clinical significance could be concluded by such a CK-MB level.

So, just relax and don't worry about it!

Hope to have been helpful to you!
