Brief Answer:
Rash

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Often, rashes in the diaper area that are not responsive to the usual diaper creams have a fungal component to them. You can use an over the counter anti fungal cream, like clotrimazole. You can apply thin layers 3 times per day and will soon see improvement.

Regards
