Dear Doctor, i am 75 year old and had type ii diabetes since 2012.Right from the begining i am

My Hb A1 c is 6.5 and mean blood glucose is 154 . i must say right from 2012 my fasting level is always shows and oscillates between 115 to 130. It has never come down below 110. Despite the fact i take two pulkas only in the night. My Hb a1 never above d 6.5 in all these 6 years . i am walking for 4 km for the last 30 questions are ------ i have to revert to the earlier dosage i.e 500 mg twice a day?
2.Orelse do i have to add full or half of 500 mg glycomet in the night after dinneralso?
3.Or do you suggest any new medicine in addition to 500 sr glycomet?
