Brief Answer:
Rule out IgA nephropathy

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Pain affecting multiple joints, rash across abdomen and legs, abdominal pain, numbness, tingling etc, are concerning for IgA nephropathy. This is an autoimmune condition where IgA antibodies get deposited in kidneys. Urine analysis, ultrasound of kidneys, blood test to assess levels of protein, cholesterol, and wastes in your blood, Glomerular filtration rate, and kidney biopsy (decided after initial evaluation) can confirm the diagnosis.
Management is mainly with immunosuppressive medications like Steroids. Dietary restriction of salt and proteins may also be recommended.
Please be advised to follow up with your primary provider for necessary evaluation.

Thank you could that also be the cause of my frequent urination? and feeling like i have kidney infection from time to time, also i was wondering does magnesium help with pain in the joints-motrins not working for pain.

I looked iga up i dont see blood in my urine and the symptoms say nothing about having joint pain and muscle pain, tingling and numbness in hands and arms

Brief Answer:
Hematuria may not always be evident

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
You are welcome
IgA nephropathy can defenitely cause frequent urination.
And the hematuria may not always be evident. Many people experience microscopic hematuria which can be detected through microscopic examination only
Joint pain, and tingling sensations are associated with this disease. It is because as kidneys does not function to its full potential Vitamin D cannot be fully activated leading to decreased bone strength. Moreover, accumulation of toxins like uric acid can cause inflamed joints.
I would suggest not taking Motrin and magnesium until the kidney function has been evaluated. You can take Tylenol instead for pain until then.
