Detailed Answer:

Hello,

In my knowledge use of melatonin has not direct effects in airways diseases such as bronchial asthma.

If you are taking melatonin for a short period of time then I don't think this would be a problem for your situation and especially if you have controlled asthma don't worry so much nothing with happen.

Nevertheless if you will have severe breathlessness during its use just stop melatonin and do an inhaler like Albuterol.

I hope to have been helpful.

Regards and feel free to ask me again.
