Question: in my semen analysis test
liquidification is .> 60min
and pus cell is 10-15/hpf
plz review my report attached
how to get improvement in above?

Increased pus cells and liquification time indicates some genital infection.
Semen analysis varies from lab to lab and person to person checking it .
Hence repeat test after 3 weeks and if same report ,get a consultation with an andrologist/urologist .Physical examination is necessary initially to rule out infection.
It can be easily treated.

Test is take twice the report which i have uploaded was the second report, in the first report also almost same result.
So please suggest any remedy or medication for above problem?

If both reports are almost same get an andrology or urology consultation at the earliest to rule out any infection in testis or urinary tract.
We need to identify the infection and take medicines under their guidance till your pus cells decrease.
online medicines will not be adequate in treating your problem permananetly. Physical examination is very much essential in your case.
