Brief Answer:
It is difficult to comment about abnormality.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to 'Ask A Doctor' Service,
I've gone through your query and reports...
I can understand your concern,

The mentioned area in glottis and supraglottis is collapsed. This is the reason for the improper assessment.

There are soft tissues in the mentioned area. It is difficult to comment about abnormality. It may be both normal or abnormal. This is the reason for advising direct visualization of the involved area.

Mass is not clearly seen in the CT scan. According to the radiologist, the mass may be merged with soft tissue.

So, it is better to consult an ENT specialist as findings are not clear.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
