Brief Answer:
Looks like thrush.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and I think it is oral thrush.
You can possibly find over the counter lozenges or mouthwash.
I can recommend you to take clotrimoxazol lozenges, it can be left in mouth until it dissolves.
Or you can use nystatin mouthwash that can swish around in your mouth then swallow it.
A keep a good mouth hygiene.
Use yogurt often to restore normal bacterial flora.

Hope I have answered the question.

Brief Answer:
Low immunity situation, diabetes and antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.

Oral thrush is caused by overgrowth of candida albicans. In some situations candida can overgrow when you experience weakened immune system like when you have diabetes, anemia, or HIV or unclean water. If you have recently taken antibiotics or corticosteroids, use chemotherapy, radiation.
Also wearing dentures or smoking cigarettes can trigger it.
Also having recently had an organ transplant can cause candida overgrowth.

Brief Answer:
Perfectly normal tongue.

Detailed Answer:
OK thank you for uploading other images because the first one was a bit fuzzy.
I see all 4 images and only one is clear and not fuzzy. The tongue in that image is perfectly normal. Nothing to be worried.
I possibly confused the flash light shining with white spots.

So definitely the tongue is normal with no signs of thrush.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards.
